      Situated in the North of Scotland is the UK’s leading facility for the Inspection, Repair and Maintenance of offshore mobile drilling rigs. All the major drilling contractors working in the North Sea and West of Shetland have used the facility in the Cromarty Firth.

      The Subsea market is increasingly involved to the area, and The Cromarty Firth contains a spool rolling facility at Highland Deephaven, as well as extensive laydown and fabrication facilities at Invergordon. Some of the major service suppliers to the Subsea market are based in the area, and are members of the NSIG
